Granite Countertops
Coverage:
- Manufacturing and Installation: Elite Kitchen and Stone guarantees that our granite countertops will be free from manufacturing defects and errors resulting from improper installation by our team or approved installers, for the lifetime of the original owner.
- Structural Integrity: The warranty covers cracks, pitting, and other structural issues caused by defects in materials or installation.
Exclusions:
- Natural Variations: Variations in color, pattern, and texture are inherent to natural stone and are not considered defects.
- Damage from Misuse: Damage caused by excessive heat, chemical exposure, misuse, or neglect, including scratches, stains, burns, and chips, is not covered. The use of cutting boards, trivets, and appropriate cleaning methods is strongly recommended.
- Seams and Adhesives: The appearance and performance of seams, as well as the use of adhesives, caulks, and sealants, are excluded from this warranty.
- Commercial Use: This warranty applies only to residential installations. Commercial installations are not covered.
- Transferability: The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
- Supplementary Repairs: Any additional or supplementary repairs, such as modifications to plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, or appliances, are not covered by this warranty.
Claim Process:
- Contact Elite Kitchen and Stone with proof of purchase, a description of the defect, and photos. We will assess and determine whether repair or replacement is necessary.
Limitation of Liability:
- Elite Kitchen and Stone shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. This warranty provides specific legal rights, which may vary by jurisdiction.
Quartz Countertops
Coverage:
- Manufacturing and Installation: Our quartz countertops are covered for manufacturing defects and installation errors, ensuring they perform as intended under normal use for the lifetime of the original owner.
- Material Defects: The warranty includes coverage for cracking, discoloration, and other defects resulting from the manufacturing process.
Exclusions:
- Color Variations: Minor variations in color, shade, or pattern are inherent to quartz and are not considered defects.
- Damage from Misuse: Damage from excessive heat, chemical exposure, scratches, stains, burns, or chips caused by misuse or neglect is not covered. The use of cutting boards, trivets, and appropriate cleaning methods is recommended.
