Quartz Countertops

Coverage:

• Manufacturing and Installation: Our quartz countertops are covered for manufacturing defects and installation errors, ensuring they perform as intended under normal use for the lifetime of the original owner.
• Material Defects: The warranty includes coverage for cracking, discoloration, and other defects resulting from the manufacturing process.

Exclusions:

• Color Variations: Minor variations in color, shade, or pattern are inherent to quartz and are not considered defects.
• Damage from Misuse: Damage from excessive heat, chemical exposure, scratches, stains, burns, or chips caused by misuse or neglect is not covered. The use of cutting boards, trivets, and appropriate cleaning methods is recommended.
• Seams and Adhesives: The appearance and performance of seams, as well as the use of adhesives, caulks, and sealants, are excluded from this warranty.
• Commercial Use: The warranty applies only to residential installations and excludes commercial applications.
• Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
• Supplementary Repairs: Any additional or supplementary repairs, such as modifications to plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, or appliances, are not covered by this warranty.

Claim Process:

• To file a claim, contact Elite Kitchen and Stone with proof of purchase, a detailed description of the defect, and supporting photos. We will assess the situation and decide whether to repair or replace the affected countertop.

Limitation of Liability:

• Elite Kitchen and Stone shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. This warranty provides specific legal rights, which may vary depending on jurisdiction.
